Shipping & Delivery

Currently the cash-on-delivery option is valid for Bangalore Customers only. Outstation deliveries will be carried out through DTDC, Speed Post or Professional Couriers. We usually dispatch products within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. In case of any change of address, the change has to be notified before the dispatch of the products.

Privacy & Security

We do not disclose member’s information such as email addresses, phone numbers, residential addresses etc to anyone. We also do not store credit card details on our site. For payment, customers are directed to a secure payment gateway.

Returns & Replacements

All Returns and Replacement will be carried out from the respective company and brand only, until and unless specified otherwise. In case of manufacturing defect, the replacement will be done in 3 working days after the damaged product has been sent back to us. In case of technical issues, replacement may take upto 7 working days after we’ve received the faulty product.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All the Payment should be made in Indian Rupees only. All pricing and promotions can be changed by New Games N Gadgets without prior notice to the public
